I have been hunting in Millennium ladder stands for many years and it's time to get out of the weather on occasion so I'm looking at elevated hunting blinds. On my short list are the following manufacturers.

All Season Feeders
Orion
RSI Outdoors

Any and all comments and recommendations are welcome,

Hunting out of tripods can be physically punishing, and there's no doubt that box blinds are a better, if more expensive, mousetrap. Try to inspect each of your candidates in person, if at all possible. They are expensive enough that it's worth the effort.

All seasons blinds are a solid pick! You will look hard for better! I can't get behind the erector set models for that kind of $

I built my own! I did like to pig hunt at night under lights. It gets hot here in Texas even at night, a plywood box will steam you! Angle iron frame, cattle panel skin. Plywood part way down the back, up the front. Lets a hot breeze blow through. First part of our deer season the deer don't care!

I don't have any specific advice but .............. if you go to the upcoming Harrisburg Sportsman Show they have MANY really nice, elevated box blinds on display that you can actually get into. It's a great opportunity to see a wide variety of stands and to compare prices. They may even have "show special" pricing.

I would get a quote from a local welder & build it the way you want it. These are tubular w/ plywood over the skeleton.
All are over 20 years old now with the plywood just now getting replaced. IMO, much better option than a plastic trash can.
