Electronic Scales (Berry and GemPro)

Offer and acceptance = deal. You reneged.

I told you that I was not concerned what type of MO it was (my lexicon for MO) and advised that it would go through my bank because I walk by the bank twice a day and the PO is a drive away. Those are the facts.

I will publish the emails if you do not remove the statement. Your condesending reply is what changed my desire to make the purchase. I have never reneged on any purchase and that includes this one. I see now why you do not wish to use PM's.

Here you go, Larry - in chronological order:

Hi, Larry:

Thanks for using e-mail. Appreciated.

Please send your check or MO for $65 to:

address removed for privacy

Once it clears my bank, I will promptly ship and send you tracking.

Thanks you for your purchase and God bless!

Oscar, I will be using a Postal Money Order, if acceptable.

That's fine. I still run it thru my bank because I walk by the bank a couple times a day, the PO is a driving trip. The way I do things, you will not lose any time.

BTW, MO stands for money order, regardless which one - my lexicon.

Best regards and God bless!

Thanks for the education. I advised you of the PMO because some do not care to use them.
BTW - lets just call the sale off. GLWTS....

That's the facts folks. After reading Oscar's emails, I decided I did not want to deal with him. I was not aware I was contractually obligated to him. If that is the definition of renege, then I am guilty...

Simple misunderstanding fellas. I don't believe Oscar was being condescending, however I could see why Larry would take it that way initially. Not cool to make comments like "do not deal with him" in public over a misunderstanding though. It's not like he took your money.

Good luck to both
