Has anyone taken an elk with an Easton Injection arrow?
I have put NAP Bloodrunners on the Easton Pro Hunter and the Easton Injection.
Both are as accurate as field points at 40 yards. However, the Injection will
Penetrate my Block target nearly to the fletching at 40 yards. (Hoyt Carbon Element @68 lbs). My only concern is that the Injection is not as tough as the ProHunter. I have shot both arrows at 1x boards. ProHunter-perfect. injection - shattered.
So - great penetration but maybe not so tough. Or, very good penetration but tough.
