I am pretty new to photography I'm going throw that out there for information purposes. So I bought a Nikon D5200 and I want to be able attach it to one of my spotting scopes. Ihave a Swaro and a Kowa and my main goal is to video some long shots when up hunting. What do I need to mate the two together, and what kind of results can I expect.

I don't know anything about that camera but you might want to check out Tines Up. I got the digiscoping itch a couple years ago and ordered an adapter from them to fit a Sony video camera that I already had. I then learned that you do not want a high optical zoom camera when digiscoping so I ended up buying a Canon (also through Tines Up) and have been using it with good results.
