The Nevada Department of wildlife has reported there has been an outbreak of pneumonia affecting the big horn sheep in three mountain ranges in southern Nevada. One of the ranges affected is the River Mountain Range which lies between Henderson and Boulder City Nevada. Traveling rams during the rutt is suspected for the spread of the disease.
