I don't want to appear stupid ( but I am) what is tag?
It's a bump to the top of the page to keep your visibility high.
A Tag is not a bump to the top although that is what happens because of it.
A tag is someone marking your add so they can keep an I on it to see what its doing.
A bump is just that, BUMP (back to the top)
