Up for sale is a Colt Light Rifle that has been give Melvins full treatment. NULA stock, 24 inch Douglas stainless barrel plus brake chambered in 30-338 and Timney trigger. It weighs 6lb even with mounts. It shoots .5 to .75 with several loads. It has some light hunting wear but is excellent over all. RCBS dies and some brass included. Swarovski in photos is not included. $1675 shipped

Very cool. Years ago, I bought a Colt Light Rifle new in the box in 30-06 and hunted with it for years. I contacted Melvin and he sent me a left over Kevlar stock for the rifle. Recently I had it repainted and bedded to the rifle. They are really cool rifles with an interesting history. I like what you did with yours, I'm sure whoever buys it will be super happy.
