Price drop to $2525.00.
It appears my other 2 rifles are sold. Just waiting on transactions to clear. Please see my last post. I'm moving into competition, something I thought I would never do. I just finished a new 18+ lb 6mm GT build for PRS. Please see pics further down where I posted price drop. Selling to build more. Thanks for looking! Merry Christmas to all!
I have a 300 WM for sale at a very low price of $2900. Price drop to $2675
- Blueprinted & trued action by Alton at Dixie Precision Rifles outside of Jackson, MS. Oversized bolt handle added. 20 MOA rail. It is a SARS.
- Bartlein 26" fluted 5r 1 in 10 twist Rem/Varmit profile which I think is their #13
- Timney Calvin Elite trigger.
- McMillian A3-5 stock. This is what I remember. If someone more familiar with McMillian would chime in I would appreciate it. Stock is fully adjustable. I'm tall with very long arms so you shouldn't need more spacers, but I have them. It has 1 stud for bipod & 2 left side flush cups for slings.
- 100 pieces of new Norma brass packaged in a MTM R100-Mag is included.
- Round count is 187. Included is round count book, Lyman load data book, & Moleskin journal with all misc info such as brass sizes etc.
- With scope & mount attached the rifle weighs 11 lbs 2 ounces

Rifle began life as a Rem 700 Sendero. I purchased Bartlein barrel, McMillian stock, & Calvin Elite trigger and sent with rifle to Dixie Precision Rifles. I receive it as a tack driver, but with a sticky bolt. The problem was that the lady who did the cerakoting for them got some in the action. Bob, owner/gunsmith, at Bob's Guns and Sporting Goods spent some aggravating time getting it cleaned up. It's as slick as any rifle I own now.
Reason for selling: this was to be my elk hunt rifle. I don't see that happening now. I thought & said I would never compete. I've changed my mind and just finished a beautiful 6mm GT build and about to embark on another build. To build more I need to move something. I have this, the hunting version of my 2 GAP built 6.5 PRCs, and a semi-customized Browning .243 X-bolt for sale as I move into this new direction.
* Saving so I don't loose & will come back to post pics. Not a computer expert!

I came back & attached 9 pics. They should be loaded now. I'm slow typing & didn't want to risk loosing all my typing.
Here's one more pic of the new brass I'm including + round count book, load data book, & journal.

I wasn't going to mess with this through the holidays, but there's a possibility my GAP 65 PRC may be sold so I decided to give this a bump along with a price drop.
Price drop to $2675 with 100 Norma brass pieces. Have dies, brass, Giraud shell holder, etc

Price drop to $2525. Appears both my 6.5 PRC & my .243 X-bolt are sold. Attaching pics of what these sales are funding. Attached pic are a 18+ lb 6 GT PRS build. Moving from hunting to mostly competition rifles.

My other 2 rifles have sold. Make an offer as I'm getting started on my next builds.
* If you are in my region & want it……..drive here. If I can't shoot a one hole 5 shot group I'll pay for your gas.

It's been awhile since I've shot. It's 77+ grains of RL26 under a 190 SMK using Peterson Long / Norma pushing 190's & 200 SMK's. I'll check my load data book & post exact loads. I have a 100 & 300 yd range at the house.

Sika, I keep shot count log book & load data book. I was off on the loads I gave you. See pic: it has everything. The velocity is high with RL26. If you use H1000 the velocity was become book values & the SD's will be better. At 300 yards you can't see the difference in SDs you would see at a 1000. It was 78.5 and +. I can shoot as good or better with Berger 205 EOLs, but can't find any now. I bought 500 200.2X's, but haven't tried them yet.

Sika64, if you get interested to the point where you are VERY Interested & just not sure of the accuracy I'll shoot while we FaceTime with my wife holding the phone. We staple new targets in place 1st and never break connection until I'm shoot & we go look at target.

Sika64, if you have a hunting bullet in mind you want me to try our local gun store is keeping more stock than it was, so I'll try to find it. It wouldn't be a load development, but I find if a barrel shoots good it usually pretty forgiving.

I just built an 18+ lb 6 GT for local PRS & am getting ready to build a 25 CM if I can find the slow twist barrel I need. This one will be for the Hunter division of the NRL. I haven't been killing anything but paper targets!
