Custom Kampfeld built .280 AI, however Jeff Hayes at Rivers Bend did the barrel. Following Components: Stiller Predator action (bolt slides like butter), Bartlein #4, 9 twist fluted barrel (24" with brake installed), Kampfeld radial brake and thread protector with seamless fit, Shilen Standard trigger, breaks cleanly at 1lb. 6oz. (adjustable), Cerakoted Graphite Black by Karl, McMillan Classic Edge stock, bedded by Karl with brown base color and black and tan specks, 24.2oz., 1" red Decelerator Pad. Assembled by Karl including all fitting and Cerakote. The bare rifle weighs 6lbs. 12.6oz. LOP is standard, 13.5". Exactly 29 rounds down the tube for barrel break-in. Awesome accuracy potential. Using inexpensive Nosler 140gr. Ballistic Tip factory ammo for break-in, it shot a .230" 3-shot group. Except for some very slight marks on the bolt knob from handling the rifle looks just like the day Karl shipped it. $2800 + shipping.
