I have a like new Cooper Model 92 Backcountry in 7mm Rem Mag 1 in 9" twist. I bought this gun for a lightweight rifle and it certainly is. Just a little lighter than I am comfortable with. The only difference from the standard model is I had a Timney trigger put in instead of the Jewell. That was my personal preference as I like their triggers better for a hunting rifle. Also has warren bases that will come with the gun. Also box and all paperwork and target. This gun has a total of 35-40 rounds down the barrel. There is also one small scrape on the stock. I have attached a picture here. $2500.

Here is the info Cooper has on their website about the gun.

Action: Lightweight Cooper Model 92 Action, all-stainless steel action
Magazine: Detachable three round magazine
Stock: Advanced composite lightweight Cooper stock
Trigger: Jewell trigger (This one has a Timney)
Available Calibers: 7mm Rem Mag
Weight: 5.75 lbs.
Barrel: Wilson Arms 24" fluted barrel with muzzlebrake
- 1/2 MOA accuracy guarantee
Retail: $2,795

Looks great, I love the cooper rifles.
How did it shoot and with which bullet?

I didn't shoot it enough to find out. I mostly shot the HSM Berger VLD Hunting load. It shot just under an inch. Never really got to shoot at any kind of distance. Just wasn't the gun I was looking for. Lighter than I wanted.

Still for sale. One person actually wanted a 6.5, and the other wanted to put a can and the threads are 1/2".

Make me a good offer, I need to sell this to put towards my other rifle!
