I have a Cooper Arms model 56 Excalibur that has 35 rounds (all Black Hills 190 BTHP's) down the pipe that I would like to sell. I purchased new one month ago. I need to move this to pay some bills (expecting a baby boy).
I paid 3450 new, I would like to get 3000 shipped, and I will throw in the Talley bases and 30mm medium rings.

This is one of the most functional rifles I have ever seen, I love the 60 degree bolt throw and the action is buttery smooth...
