Cooper 92 back country 300 win anyone have one?

Been considering buying a Cooper 92 in 300 win mag, looking for any advice. I really like all the features it has. Detachable mag, muzzle break, light weight 5.75 pounds, stainless, and a good trigger. I will be putting a heavy scope on it a Leupold vx6 hd 3-18x50 tmoa. I'm figuring it will weigh about 7.50 loaded, a much lighter weight than my Gap Non Typically 300 win mag at 10.50 pounds. I should have never put a Bartlin 3b on it. I have read mixed reviews about Cooper rifles.
