Continuous request to reconfirm account email

I am getting a continuous request to reconfirm my email before i can comment or click on any forum posts. I get emails for a few hours but then when i try to click on view thread i am not able because i get a notice that the forum was unable to send to my email on file and i must go though the email reconfirmation process. When this happens i still get the daily email from Len but no emails from watched forums or threads.

I have used the contact us several times to ask for help but no one has responded.

I have been a member for at least 10 years with the same email address.

Please help.

Your email is bouncing our emails. Guess it's like a phone company. You will need to whitelist the emails or get a different email address. You can thank the other folks that would mark our emails as spam, etc for this.

I'm not sure i understand. Why would it be fine for 10 years but now require a reset several times a day?

How do i white list the email?
