I have a colt light rifle in 270 Win that I sent back to NULA and had them give it their work over. New stock, trigger, mag follower upgrade and firing pin spring and they threaded the barrel 1/2x28 and Cerakoted the barreled action black. It sits right at 6# bare. Round count is 23 rounds that I fired through it before I sent it back to Melvin to get upgraded. It hasn't been fired since it came back.

I have the factory stock also if desired.

$2350 shipped to your ffl.

I haven't had time to work up a load for it but it was shooting about 1.25 MOA during barrel break in with some loads I had for another 270. That was before I sent it to NULA for the upgrades. I haven't shot it since it's been back but the new trigger is much better than the factory one. Would prefer to sell but for the right trade I might consider it.

Colt did a terrible job with the light rifle, all those upgrades bring it up to true NULA standards.
Good luck with the sale!

Curious why would it need the work with so little use?
I built several rifles with the colt produced action the triggers were just awful ( still have a few ) the firing pin springs were weak, and the follower was plastic with a cheap plastic stock, but they were reasonably priced. Plus you can build a fantasticly light rifle, 338 win with 2.5x8 + song and ammo, 6.2 lbs
