anyone hunting in or around 551 notice a near absence of deer and elk. I was there for 2nd season and saw nearly no fresh sign from neither animal ( including high north sides)and heard few shots Sat through Friday. I heard that they had a winter die off a few years back but expected more game.

I was there 1St season, I would only see them when the crossed the high way from 67

Had you hunted that zone before and did you see similar amounts of deer /elk as before ?
