change username

When I created my account here, I didn't realize when it asked for name that it wanted username, so I gave it my name. I'd like to change that username. I've replied multiple times to the welcome email ([email protected]). I've filled out the "contact us" form a couple times. No response at all. Can someone help me change the username?

Find your name on the upper right hand corner of any page. Click on it so a drop down appears.

Select PERSONAL DETAILS, and on that page you'll find CHANGE USER NAME.
