Cerakote or Guncoat

Which of the two coatings do you prefer or feel is the more durable? Is the preferred method to get all parts coated then assemble or assemble then coat? Thanks

With properly prepared and cleaned metal either will do. The only parts I leave assembled is the barrel and action.
