Celt bolt handle mods?

Does anyone still know of the Celt bolt handle mods are still available? Are they still in business? It's where you send your bolt to them and they drill and tap the handle for 3 socket head capscrews. I had my 1st Remington bolt come unsoldered after 2350 rounds, I guess it's lived it's useable life. Time for a rebuild. Any info is appreciated. Thanks, Tom

If its already off I'd send it out and have it TIG welded back on , it'll never come off after that and you keep the same clean look
