Good Afternoon. I am having a problem with bullets being damaged upon Chambering. I currently shoot a 300 WM and Berger 210 bullets. I had a CDI bottom metal put on and use AI mags. I think the bullet may be hitting something inside chamber. Does anyone have any advice for this? Any help is appreciated.

without asking more questions its hard to say... when you take one and single feed it then eject it does it come out damaged? can you post some pics? My first thought is they are getting damaged under recoil in your mag..

I will try to post a pic later. It is a controlled round feed and i am not firing the gun when I was testing it. I took some new rounds and chambered them and thats when I noticed the damage. I am thinking it has to do with the bullet angling up when the bolt engages the casing.
