Building a custom lever action.

I am an amateur in building a custom. I would like to know if it would be possible to build a lever action. With the look of a Marlin 1895. Chambered in a 30-378. And how hard it would be.

You could probably barrel a Browning BLR in that.

Not in a tube mag, but as posted above a BLR. Don't know if an action that long exists? I have a 270win BLR and love the action!
