I'd offer to weigh my "pro" carbon stock except my bathroom scale is not too accurate. Hopefully McMillan will release a carbon stock in the standard shape which is lighter than pistol grip McMillan shape. I have a "pro" McMillan in short action and a "pro" standard grip in magnum length- definitely lighter.
Curious if you reached out to Browning?

Just got off the phone with Browning's parts department. They want $1050 for a new Pro Carbon long action stock ( ~26 ounces). Yikes. He said it's roughly 4 ounces lighter than their plain jane black tupperware stock ( ~30 ounces) that costs $125. It makes the MPI custom stocks look down right inexpensive.

Makes the McMillan look appealing or a flattop Manners.
I know that AG Composites has several gunsmiths that will inlet a stock to fit Browning actions

Whoever is making those stocks for Browning must be raking in the dough. The guy I got ahold of said their cost was nearly a grand.
