But does it group worth a darn? I've always secretly wanted a BAR but was always under the impression they aren't accurate enough for my type of hunting. If I was 150 yds and closer to game animals I'm sure it's great, but 400 yds at a little blacktail or a black bear I just don't know. And I don't like tracking wounded bear. Beautiful rifle!!

I don't think it grouped to bad for an auto. I posted it for my father so I never shot it.

If its under 1.5 moa at 100 that's plenty good for most hunting situations. I've killed a bunch of wild pigs with a lever action that groups about 3" at 100 yds.
