I think I accidentally removed my post. I was trying to figure out how to edit it and add pictures. Editing is also by the report a post so....
I'm learning.
I probably came and went the fastest of anybody ever.
To recap.
First muzzle loader hunt in my life of over 62 years was successful. 320 yard shot with 15 mph wind gusting up to 40mph. Mulie walked less than 30 yards and went quickly.
Inline rifle was custom built by Todd South at Southern Xpress Custom Rifles in Mesa, AZ. Sighted in at 100 yards clover leaf, 610 yards for distance. Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 scope.
45 cal 300 grain Arrowhead NS bullet, 111 grains Blackhorn209, Federal Large Rifle primer.
Mulie scores 173. Shot within 100 miles from the White Mountain Area. Only saw four shootable bucks in my area, and they were together. I took the biggest one.
Much thanks to Todd who took 5 days time off to help me on my first AZ large game and first ever muzzle loader hunt. I learned a lot. I'm looking to learn a lot more.

Thank you all. The other post showed up. I have to learn how to navigate this program. Always something new to learn.

I wonder what the combined experience of just those who are welcoming me would add up to be? Incredible when you stop and think about it.
