Goat Birria is very common south of the border, and pretty good too. Haven't seen any here though.

Ive been wanting to simmer a bone in deer shank in Birria for a while but the scratch recipes have looked overwhelming, I might have to find some premade.

Pretty easy and I use slow cooker.
