No so much as supressor vs supressor but my 25-06 moves like 6" at 100 yards with or without a dead air primal. Bugger barked enough for me to determine that the supressor will be on it when I'm firing.
Biggest difference in accuracy - same gun different suppressors?

I have only one 30 cal which I use for 308 7mm and 6.5, and do my load development with it in place. This makes it really easy since I haven't found a need for more than one. However this does not address the question, suppressor weight and chamber / baffle design are probably the factors that affect it most especially if you have rifles with lightweight barrels like those found on Weatherby, some Browning or Howa and longer barrel length can have a longer wavelength so any weight change can have an impact on muzzle position in the wave at exit. Of course this explanation is only me thinking in my own logic but it is plausible.
Are the two cans in question similar in weight and length? I have two Silencerco cans (omega/scythe) they are fairly interchangeable in terms of accuracy but do change POI. I have a buddy that has had trouble with accuracy issues with his can but he shoots factory ammo. I like other here develop my loads with the can attached, never shot them bare muzzle. Bottom line its harmonics issue.
