Heya. I live in western Montana and newly physically challanged hunter/shooter. I have hunted to 350 yds. Max and shot midrange to 550-600 yds n the past at a training range in West Virginia. I have several rifles capable to 800 yds or so including a Kimber Montana 300 WSM, post 64 Win .270, Rem. 7mm Express and a Ruger Mark 11 338 Win Mag. All are pillar/glass bedded with trigger work and .5 to .7 100 yd capable with select factory loads. I just got a Sig range finder and will start reloading again this summer. I am learning to walk and shoot with a store bought leg and have lots of questions and learning to do. Thanks.

Thanks...I have the same plus several good horses and a nice 98M commercial action I want to hang a boyds laminated stock on and screw a good 26 in pacnor 280 AI chambered barrel into. My 7mm express is a gactory origional I hesitate to modify and is a great shooter as is. just learning the LR game and not ready to chuck out the money to compensate for experience. Typing on a nook now and not too speedy. Great info on here...super reading
