Teri Anne - that is a rather impressive resume that you have there. THANK YOU for your service and your contributions to the LRH community.
All I try to do is pass on what I have learned over the past 60 years as an instructor to others, This is hoping they will not have to stumble around and learn things the hard way like I had to. Often what I try to pass on is met with ridicule and comments like, "What is there that an old lady can teach me." Life goes on until it doesn't. When that hap all the experience disappears with it, never to be taught to anyone anymore. :(o_O
That proves how many ignorant and small minds that we have among us, especially in western countries. The Oriental culture respects the wisdom that their elders have learned from decades on the planet.

I used this same barrel on my .300 Win Mag. It's a good shooter.
Somehow, the barrel was not what I ordered. I thought I had ordered a match grade, 30 caliber 5L 1- 10 twist with a medium varmint taper. I probably should have not accepted it and had them make the right one. This barrel is one of their standard items so hopefully someone will want it...soon.
