SOLD/EXPIRED Barrel advice

Hey all,
I'm looking for some advice from all of you hunters/shooters
Out there
I have a Winchester 70 CF classic in 338 SS with the BOSS system
I have had very little luck tuning it and I would like advice on a good bbl manufacture in the same cal. Weight. I will be trying to shoot copper and don't see myself shooting at game farther then 800 yds ever.

You can't go wrong with lilja, kreiger, brux or bartlein. And there are a couple others but I own each of these and I can vouch for them

If you plan on shooting all copper bullets, such as the Barnes TSX go with a fast twist barrel.
