Looked in Barnes manual and can't seem to find this type in there. Curious if anyone has loaded it for this caliber and how it shot. Any input is nice! Thanks.

Just did some load development for a friend using this bullet and the 300 rum. I found that 102.7 grains of Reloader 33 and this bullet seated at just a hair over factory OAL but still able to fill the internal mag, will put a ragged hole in a target at 100.

I did also shoot h100, retumbo, 7828ssc with all having good results. H1000 shot the best, but he had his mind made up with the 33.

Hope this helps

That's for the info, what were ya starting at for load. 102 grains of powder seems like quite a lot for a 200 grain bullet.

I started with 90 grains. I worked up .5 grains until I saw pressure signs. I saw the start of excessive pressure at 103 grains.
