I don't think they open the range walk ins, but they do allow you to shoot your own rifles on the range after the class.
fmsniper will confirm that.

Roger that. Not an open range. Once you take the class after curriculum is finished you can shoot your own gun as much as you like. Also we open the range last Sunday of the month to alumni
