Come see Barbour Creek Longrange here in Alabama.

Here is a review from one of my students

"Thank you for the time and attention given to me and the other attendees of the most recent Level 1 & 2 at Barbour Creek Shooting School.

Having attended five other branded long range shooting schools over the last 4 years, I put your content and attention to detail as the best learning and live fire shooting experience for anyone looking for a quality instructional environment.

Your method of reading the wind and being able to teach anyone - regardless of experience / shooting expertise - how to arrive a gradient of 1/4 minute wind calls out past 1000 yards is unmatched anywhere else in long-range shooting experiences.

Having spent four days learning your approach in the classroom, then being able to duplicate it on the square range or using life size animal targets with life sized reactive vitals is a learning / practice experience no other school matches here in North America.

We had a wide range of individual capabilities in the four-day experience and each participant came away with confidence as well as a solid repeatable method on how to improve on first round ethical hits on target at any hunting distance.

I will recommend the experience you offer to anyone seeking how to shoot better at longer distances....any distance.

Many thanks and I look forward to attending your schools again soon"

Jim

As I am retired ,Its a bucket list thing for me to do!!! It's a bit of a drive from NJ , but I will be attending, if not 2023, then 2024. Lord Willing. I will check with to see if they will let me shoot my .270 Weatherby Mag, or if I need a PRC caliber. Id like permission to use the same 150 Grn ABLR I used at Bang Steel Shooting School, and also sign up for a second class to try my .300 Weatherby mag at 1000 yard steel targets. Really Large one for me please. !!!!!!! LOL

Good Morning Jim. I have a newly built 7prc and wondering if you plan to ever allow students to bring their own systems. It sure would be nice to get that kind of instruction and reps on the gun that will be going into the field.
Love the 7PRC, we always let students bring their own guns. We use ours during the curriculum and you can shoot yours after the course as much as you want as far as you want.

Great!!! Thank You James, I have been watching the Barbour Creek U tube videos. Cant wait to get there!! I'm bringing my .270 Weatherby when I attend the school. The 150 Grn ABLR at 3000 fps is pretty good between 600 and 700 Yds. The scope on that rifle is a Leupold VX 3 HD 30mm main tube 8.5 X to 25X Wind Plex model. I have managed to hit steel at 1000 with this old Hunting Rifle in the past.
