You can really get a handle on a member's character when a transaction goes WRONG. I sold an item to B-Lot over a month ago. It still hasn't reached Hawaii. Got some BS from the PO that it must be on a ship somewhere in the Pacific. I feel really bad about this but there isn't much I can do either because they don't consider the package lost.
B-Lot couldn't have been more gracious about the whole fiasco. He communicates well and is a pleasure to deal with even when things don't go as you planned.
