annealing necks, 30-378 need holder/drill

I anneal my necks using a tempestick, propane torch and turning them in my battery powered 1/2" drill. the 30 378 is too big for the chuck. Can any one suggest a case holder that will hold the brass and go into my drill?

Third, for my 30/378 brass I use a 3/8 extension with a deep socket just large enough to fit the case. This leaves only the top of shoulder and neck open to the flame. Good luck
