Is there any velocity gained by a .223AI vs .223 in a 10" TC barrel or say a 14" XP-100 barrel?

My friend, gasixgunner, from the old SP & HHI has a .223AI XP. He could give you the answer. I remember him telling me it's a step above the .223, but I can't remember the velocity.

I've had both in 14" contender barrels. Can't find my notes but velocity gains were nominal. 100 fps +- the Ai cartridges do require less trimming.
