Accessing the Trigger internals on the Tac Elite

Okay, there is a Youtube video which shows how easy it is on a Tac15i to access the internals. When you lift the upper receiver off the windlass comes right along with it giving access to the lowers. Basically, it's just like accessing an AR lower with the addition of a few screws instead of push pins.
With the Tac Elite, it looks like I need to take all of that apart as it's mounted in the lower. Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong?
 
I searched the topic prior to posting, but didn't find what I was looking for. I should have known it was at least partially answered here.
The original poster didn't mention if he was able to work under and around the windlass, or had to remove it. It doesn't appear as though there is enough room, especially with the drop in packs.
