Im new to reloading and I'm new to the sight so please bear with me.
I was looking for some advise I measured where my shell hits the lance at and it is 3.41 the manual Im useing says the max O.A.L. is 3.29. I've read that most people get the best accurcy about .020 off the lance. I guess what I was wondering is why such a difference in measurements, did I measure something wrong. ( I used a hornady oal guage)
My case length is trimmed to 2.49
I'm useing 160gr noslers
