No Sir. Sporter barrel channel. It came off a SPS stainless 7mm-08.
If you want the heavy barrel channel, there is one on ebay right now.

Will be fitted with a brux #17 contour so I'm not sure. Building a smokeless muzzle loader

I'm almost certain that you're not going to get a heavy varmint contour in a sporter stock. Especially if you need a cutout for the ramrod. But, I'd ask someone that did it what they used. I'll put the stock back on the shelf until you decide.

I have a hogue overmold from a SPS tactical in 308 with the bull barrel if that helps.
