7 SAUM in a short action

best load and powder...using a short action Can seat to 2.85' ish...loading berger 175 EOL...go...

I have a 7 saum on a tac30 I can seat out to 2.95. if I had to be a .100 shorter I would start with H4831sc, depending on the brand of case your using you won't be able to get enough H1000 in it to get better velocity than you can with H4831sc. My load is with RL25 I tried both H1000 and H4831 and the RL25 is more accurate and gives really good velocity. Also the 175 SMK is a match made in heaven for a saum on a short action. For your target needs anyway.
