From my small knowledge on the subject, it can only ship UPS or FedEx. No special fee for loaded ammo, but must be marked with hazmat symbol - see photo via link:

You can draw your own on a white piece of paper and tape it on the box - I have several times. Or save boxes you have ordered ammo in.
