Well here are 2 pictures of my newest pistol minus the grips and forearm and scope mount, that I haven't machined yet. Excuse my lousy photography work. One pic, is action opened, the other is action closed.

Not right now. I have a friend of mine that had used one of my pistols( same design) to harvest black bear, elk, and deer.

Yes I build all my own long range hunting firearms. When you open the action the empty case ejects about 1/2 inch so you can remove the spent case with your fingers.

That is the main reason to me also..saves money, plus you can taylor your loads.
