6mm ARC Upper/Ammo Package
Aero Precision M4E1 XL Assembled Upper, Faxon Gunner 16" 6mm Arc barrel, Grendel Hunter 6mm ARC Complete Nickel Boron BCG, Vltor BMC Gunflighter Mod 4 Medium Latch Charge Handle, Aero Precision S-One 15" Handguard, Aero Precision Low Profile Gas Block, Aero Precision Stainless Gas Tube, VG6 Epsilon 65 Muzzle Brake, 2 ASC 5rd Mags, 240rds Hornady Match ELD-M 108gr, 239rds Hornady Black 105gr
Test fired with the 1 round of 105gr Black on a std lower with a H3 buffer and a JP Enterprises buffer spring, 4 O'clock ejection.
Everything degreased, barrel extension bedded to receiver with Loctite 620, barrel nut lubed with Sta-Lube Moly-Graphite Engine Assembly lube and torqued to 50lbs, gas block sealed with Loctite 635, gas port and barrel cleaned and purged with starting fluid and lightly oiled after everything cured. Muzzle brake is installed with Loctite 290 threadlocker, removable with a heat gun and minimal effort. I use a Geissele Reaction Rod and No-Mar products for assembly.
