SOLD/EXPIRED 6.5x47 Lapua

For your consideration today I have my Remington 700 chambered in 6.5x47 Lapua for sale. This rifle is a new barreled action I commissioned for a dedicated hunting rifle. Action was trued and blueprinted, logo removed, and bolt fluted. New barrel chambered and fitted. Stock is a McMillian I purchased used and has a few minor handling marks that I couldn't get to photograph.

My hunting plans have changed, so I'm putting it up for sale. This a superb rifle in a terrific cartridge.

B prefix Remington 700 short action
Fluted bolt
Schneider 24" varmint contour 1:8.5 twist barrel
Hunter recessed crown
McMillian Varmint model stock
Gray/black/tan standard fill
Two sling studs in forearm, one in rear
Decelerator recoil pad
Pillared and bedded with Marinetex
Remington trigger, tuned (very crisp)
Cerakoted graphite black

25 documented rounds fired with factory 120 grain Lapua ammunition. Groups averaging .5" at 100 yards.

Picture of area where Rem logo was milled off, well a decent picture, not great.

Also, rifle weighs just under 9 pounds unloaded with no glass or bipod.

Trade interests are mid to high end optics, Rem 700 short action rifles. Looking for a heavy barreled .308 specifically.
