6.5 saum build with a mod 70 xtr mag action can it be done?

I have a mint mod 70 xtr push feed action that has the shroud
covered cap at back of bolt, i would like to build the 6.5 saum
with this action, can this be done easily or will i run into complications?
I would use a dtbm system like cdi and a thinking barrel contour of 3 or
less.
what are your guys thoughts on this?
