MOA? I bet it does better! Goat 2244 , you didn't say what scope you used. A top quality scope, in fine rings with that setup should be easy to do MOA or better. Reloading, an adjustable gas block... oh yeah ! Goat2244 has the rifle built right. You add the scope, rings and even factory ammo will easily do MOA on out there!
