Bought this on gunbroker last winter. Built rem 700 sa, 26" heavy barrel fluted, 1-8 twist, don't remember barrel maker. It was used and the chamber had just been set back. Mcmillian thumbhole a-5 stock that feels great, timmney trigger. Very effective 3 port muzzle brake on 5/8-24 thread. Have shot 60 prime saum 142 gn through it at 3200 fps factory loads. Shoots 1/2-3/4 moa with that ammo. Was just getting ready to work up a load for it. It has a tight chamber and necks should be turned. Will be very accurate with correct hand loads.
Picked up another project so this one is for sale. $2250 shipped. Athalon 4.5-30 not included but will sell for $1100 if desired.
Rifle will include 55+ fired saum brass and 40 hornady 6.5 gap new brass and Redding dies. Target picture of gong is 5" group at 875 yards.
