You wouldn't be able to buy ammo for this, you'd have to size down 300prc brass to fit. Load data would change on barrel length and bullet choice.

Sounds like he's asking for the performance of that cartridge. Kinda wondering myself. Gotta imagine it was very impressive even with the 156 grain bullets. 3500 fps I'm guessing

I have not shot 156's.
140's and 143's, i would need to look back at my test to give you and accurate speed. " shot Retumbo and H1000" I think I had it up to high 35 something, but shot some loads at 3450 to keep muzzle blast down. Barrel is shy of 26"

don't want to seem like I am hijacking your post. Thinking about buying your reamer. It would be to chamber and sell so would need to think the cost over and getting someone that wants this cartridge chambered. We have a really nice barrel that been saving to chamber for someone and that special hunting rig.
Bartlein SS 6.5 MM #4 (1.20" at breach to . 750" at muzzel) 5R Gain Twist 8.75 to 7.8295 blank is 27" .
Probably would be a good fit for a 6.5 x 300PRC
