.50 BMG Upper vs Dedicated Rifle?

I currently hunt with a .308 and .30-06, I have limited myself to under 500 yards on critters and would like to up the power a bit. I am wondering what the accuracy is on the Safety Harbor or other .50 BMG AR uppers, vs just a dedicated .338 LM, that Savage has released. I have a spare NF that needs me to find it a new rifle

There are a variety of systems. In one picture there are 3 Advanced LongRange Systems 50 caliber "uppers" on dedicated single shot lower Advanced Longerange Systems 50 bmg conversions
