Greetings from a new member- I am a retired Army Lt Col-combat veteran-
with MACVSOG and the 5th Special Forces Gp (ABN) in Vietnam.
Prefer pre-64 Winchester M-70s as to bolt guns, and have taken more than my share
of large deer and moose with pre-war Model 71s in 348 WCF. Handloading cartridges
results in savings to tailor loads and save $$ to buy additional components. Shoot early-but not necessarily often- if its accurate...
