Very nice, thanks for sharing. What does your rifle weigh ?
It doesn't look like you are dealing with much recoil.

the rifle is 20 pounds not a lot of recoil
the barrel is a fluted 1.350 HV taper 34" 11 twist

Man that is a long barrel.
What velocities are you getting with the 350's?
And what is the barrel twist ?
I have read about other 375 bullets out there, have you tried any of them?

I am getting 3350 fps with the 350g SMK the barrel is a 11 twist. The only other bullet I have shot in this rifle are the 300g Sierra game king I may try one of the other bullets but not this year. The 350g SMK have been working good on game. I am planning on using this rifle to hunt Elk later this month. I am planing a back packing hunt in Montana. I will be hiking in to a wilderness aria and setting up on top of a ridge over looking a drainage and a south facing mountain face. The shots will range from 400 yards to just over 2000 yards.

Good luck with the hunt. Let us know how it went.
Just got back from Montana myself. Saw way to many wolves for my taste.

The 408 cheytec intervention is the next gun I am buying I am 3/4ths the way their on the price. was your 375 cheytec built in Arco?

Very nice man. Can you put some 1000+ yard groups up for us to see? where are you getting your 350 match kings at and what is its BC?
