.338 Rum and improved?

Does anyone know the water capacity of a .338 RUM and then the .338RUM improved 40*?

Was there any difference between them in velocity?

I can't help you, I ran the Edge with no changes, but see where you're coming from, an improved version with more room for seating depth is a very good idea.

I doubt it would be even 5 grains to be honest, only going from 30° to 40° and very little case taper reduction.

Thanks, gentlemen. I am running a 7-.338RUM but using 7RUM brass to gain an extra .100" in neck length.

I have to trim after every firing otherwise the pressure goes up. I figured improved would eliminate that problem. At the same time, I was curious if the volume would change much.
